CAN I HAVE A LOOK AROUND BEFORE HAVING MY CAT STAY AT A CATTERY?
We welcome puss parents to pop by for a chat and to take a tour of our premises before booking with us. We want to ensure that you and your precious pet are happy and comfortable with the style of pen, facilities and our staff – and our team will do all they can to facilitate you and your pet’s requirements.
DOES MY CAT NEED INJECTIONS BEFORE STAYING AT A CATTERY?
When your cat comes to stay, they need to be up-to-date with their injections. Your vaccination card will have the relevant information on it, so you can check to see all is up to scratch. If your furry friend has missed their booster by eight weeks, take them to the vet to get their injections – this needs to be done 2 weeks before they stay in their new home away from home.
If your cat’s last injections were 15 months ago, you will need to go through a 5-week vaccination process with your vet before bringing them to the cattery. This is to protect your cat and all other residents that come to stay with us.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH MY CAT TO A CATTERY?
On the day you bring your beloved furry family member to their holiday home, be sure to remember their bedding, toys and grooming brush. Refrain from washing your cat’s bedding, familiar smells will help to comfort them during their time in new surroundings. Remember to bring your cat’s vaccination card too.
WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION TERMS ?
We kindly request your attention to our revised booking policy, which necessitates cancellations to be initiated no less than six weeks prior to your scheduled reservation. This adjustment in our policy has been prompted by a significant number of last-minute cancellations we have encountered in the past. By implementing this change, we aim to ensure that all prospective guests have a fair and equal chance to secure accommodations with us.

Please be aware that cancellations made within six weeks of your reservation will incur full payment charges. Additionally, the 50% deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. This policy ensures the integrity of our booking system and helps us maintain a seamless experience for all our guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as it significantly contributes to the satisfaction of our valued clientele.
